Frank Zschoche to deliver keynote speech at BAG-SPNV annual symposium
Frank Zschoche will present alternative models for competition from other countries and demonstrated opportunities for further development in the German local rail sector at the annual symposium of the Federal Association of Local Rail Operators (BAG-SPNV) on the issue of ‘Competition in the local rail sector’.
