    Lea Benarey

    M.Sc. Psychology, Senior Consultant Organisational Development

    Lea Benarey completed her master’s degree in psychology at Friedrich Schiller University of Jena with a focus on work, education and society. She earns her bachelor’s degree at Rijksuniversiteit Groningen in the Netherlands. An exchange semester takes her to Padua, Italy. During her studies, Lea Benarey continues her education to become a systemic counsellor. At HR Diagnostics AG she works in personnel selection and aptitude diagnostics and gains insights into systemic organisational consulting for public administrations at IMAP. She also brings experience in strategic project planning and intercultural team collaboration from her position in the board of United Hands for Refugees e.V. Lea Benarey joined our team as a consultant focusing on organisational development in February 2022.
