civity paper on corporate culture at the second Women in Mobility meeting in Hamburg
The second MoveUp of Women in Mobility HH is already set to take place on 24 June 2019. The venue will be Hamburg Port Authority. In addition to discussions among participants from the transport and mobility industry, the meeting will focus on internal and external participation formats. As with the first MoveUp, there will be several papers to encourage reflection and exchange.
Friederike Lauruschkus, founding partner of civity Management Consultants, will be the first speaker of the evening with her paper on corporate culture as a challenge in the digital transformation of transport companies. The findings are based on the first results of a civity study entitled “Organizational culture as a challenge in the digital transformation of municipal transport companies”.
Other speakers on the evening will be Dr. Tina Wagner (Hamburg Senate), Britta Scharf (HOCHBAHN) and Anna Maierski (MOIA).
