Price of water, methodically explained
On the occasion of the 10th Conference on Applied Infrastructure Research, Dr Jörg Rehberg (BDEW – German Association of the Energy and Water Industries) introduces the project "Customers' Balance" – a transparency initiative of the German water industry.
The customers’ balance is a tool to explain differences in water prices and wastewater charges based on structural framework conditions, performance and quality differences as well as imputed approaches. civity supports the BDEW and water management companies in this endeavour.
