    Elisabeth Gottschalk studied organisational psychology at the Technical University of Berlin. Since 2006 she has been working as a consultant for the Metropolitan Consulting Group in Berlin and later BSL Management Consultants in Hamburg. She has advised clients in both, the public and private sector.
