A transparent explanation of water prices
An innovative instrument to explain water prices to consumers – civity assists with the BDEW customer report.
The BDEW (German Association of Energy and Water Industries) presented the publication of the customer report to the public on 6 July 2010. It represents a survey of water supply companies across Germany. The initiative brings transparency and explains to consumers how the structural framework, along with service and quality features have an influence on water prices.
